Every confirmed order is not allowed to edit or cancel. A service fee might be imposed for any cancellation or amendment of the order.

Payment Method:

We do accept bank transfer, DuitNow or TnG e-wallet payment. Kindly notice us of the details after payment made and every confirmed order will be start processing on the next working day.

Stock Status:

All the items listed may not updated stock accurately due to variety of products and distributors, or selling fast items. Therefore, your order might be subsequently cancelled due to the unavailability of the product. 

We will always notice you for further action if there are out of stock item in your order. Full refund is available for any unfulfilled order.

Shipping:

All the orders usually will takes 3-7 working days only to be processed and shipped from Kuala Lumpur. Delivery time may vary due to Customs clearance, supplier issues, public holidays or any other circumstances. Kindly inquiry us first before place order if urgent needed.

Return & Refund:

We do accept return or refund for incorrect or faulty item only. Please inspect the goods upon arrival of the parcel and do not accept if the packaging is severely damaged or tampered. We reserved the rights not to exchange or refund for any damaged / broken goods after your receipts.

Notice us and return the goods in the origin packaging within 7 days. We might refuse to exchange or refund if found the items are opened, used or not in original condition.
